The Colorado Springs real estate market continues to be volatile even as we headed into year end. Here is your market update for December 2017.
As is typical as when enter the winter season, we did experience a bit of a slow down in the local real estate market. Summer is the busy season and we can see a significant drop off in sales and active listings.
This is not to say however, that we have come to a stand still. We continue to experience a sellers’ market with short inventory and high buyer demand.
