Todd served in the US Navy and was stationed at Pearl Harbor from 1984-1988. He was trained and certified in advanced shipboard and aviation firefighting.
Tammy was a military spouse in the US Army for 21 years. She and her family were at Fort Bragg for 15 years and 6 years at Fort Carson.
